♥ When you create your account, you will receive an email from us with your customer details and password.
♥ Through “customer login” you can log in to your private account and see exactly what we do with your items. Your shop in our shop
♥ Logging in to your account is ONLY possible on a computer or tablet.
The system :
♥ Your items will be up for sales the full season after the intake (3 months)
♥ You will receive 45% of the selling price.
♥ VAT is paid on the 55% of the retail commission (margin scheme). So you always receive a higher percentage than the shop.
♥ You can easily pay yourself your accumulated balance via your account.
♥ After the end of the season, you will receive a reminder email (return email), after which you will receive your unsold items back.
♥ After receiving the return email, you have a maximum of 1 month to collect your returns from us. If you don’t do this, the items will be donated.
♥ Plan your “Return appointment” via the appointment tool, we will make sure everything is ready for you.
♥ Your account must be used at least once every 18 months (from the date of last withdrawal).
♥ If the account is not used, it will expire, including the outstanding balance, which is irreversible.
♥ The system will only send you an e-mail confirming your contribution and at the end of the selling period of your items.

♥ Adjust whether you want to receive a reminder email for any returns
♥ Here you will find your lists of dates of submission and return, any comments/messages and pdf files of the corresponding dates.
♥ After entering your input, the list of items will be emailed to you for confirmation. The prices in the contribution e-mail are your share per item.
♥ 1 week before the end of the hanging period you will receive an automatically generated return email, as a reminder (unless this function is disabled of course).
♥ All sent mails can always be retrieved in pdf form via the columns “input list” or “return list”.

♥ Sales in pink are items that can be exchanged within 7 days, sales in blue are items that can no longer be exchanged and therefore as credit for you to collect.
♥ As soon as your balance reaches over € 50.- you can pay yourself via ” JA, BETAAL MIJN HUIDIGE TEGOED VIA DE BANK UIT “.
♥ You must first enter your full IBAN in “GEGEVENS” and verify the name you entered corresponds with the IBAN number. Please note that bank details will never be entered, modified or used by Venten! You are responsible for the correct data and payments!
♥ Cash payments can only be collected from the shop by appointment for amounts under € 50. Plan your cash-out appointment “here” .
♥ For safety reasons amounts above € 100,- are paid out ONLY by the bank transfer.
♥ You can always exchange your balance with a purchase in the shop without notice.

♥ Is there an item not in “VOORRAAD”?
- Sold? Then it’s in your overview at “SALDO”.
- If the item is not sold, it will be ready for you to be picked up.
